Our Newest Inside
Outside Star is Aimee Villarreal! Aimee was one of the early adopters of our
technique of strength training and we have records of her going back to
2006! She has been back with us for well over a year now and comes
with her husband Tony. Aimee is a hair stylist at
Fonz Salon and I
and many
of our clients go to see her. The staff at Fonz Salon always have a special
Christmas card with all of them dressed in a theme. This years card
shows a 1970's "Grease" theme. See the

other years! Aimee has a 23 year old son, Earl who is a Private in the U.S.
Army. She is enjoying her new home and a new car! 2015 has been good for her
in many ways!!
She does a hard workout and the results speak for
themselves.
In Aimee's Own Words!
"I have been back to see Dr.
Christian and the Hi-Lo Strength Training since July 2014. I
am a former client of Hi-Lo Strength
training and was first introduced to in in 2006. I find Dr. Christian's to be the most
challenging and effective type of workout I have
ever come across!
In such a short
time of returning to the workout I was able to
regain the definition in my body that i love so
much. I am still working toward regaining the
strength that I had lost after leaving. I do know it
is the machines that make a difference I am a
forever believer in this style of training and will
continue to make it a part of my lifestyle! Thank
you so much Dr. Christian for giving me my body
back, I love this workout!!"

Exchanging 4lbs of muscle for 3lbs of fat and dropping
her Body Fat 3%! Great results!
Aimee has focused more on increasing her time under load rather than increasing the weights. This type of workout is often
favored by clients with more slow twitch or endurance
fibers.
