DXA Scans are not covered by Insurance. FSA and similar accounts will sometimes reimburse for a DXA Scan with or without a Nutritional Consult. We can give you a detailed Invoice for you to submit to your FSA for reimbursement if requested. BMI in Overweight or Obese Category seems to help with this.
