We are now offering the Home
Dermaroller for personal use and Medical Dermaroller Treatments, called
Collagen Induction Therapy or CIT. We will only
be offering the Original Dermaroller Products designed and
made by Hoerst Liebl and protocols advocated by Dr. Martin
Schwarz. The Theory
and Science behind these products makes a lot of sense to
me as a surgeon. The tiny penetrations not only improve product
delivery but set off a cascade of regeneration and
proliferation which creates new collagen and stimulates new
blood vessel formation. This make much more sense than
the thermal injuries caused by Fractional Lasers or other
Light/Radiofrequency Treatments. Traumatic or Acne
scars, fine lines, some wrinkles will improve with little or
no downtime. Patients may require as many as 3
treatments especially for scars.
This Dermaroller has .2mm
needles which in general do not penetrate into the dermis so
it is virtually painless and normally no blood is seen with
use. The device is used twice a week. If it is not
damaged, the needles should stay sharp for about 100 uses.
It markedly improves (by about 200 Times) the absorption of
products. Use it with your specialty products such as the Neocutis PSP Creams, Vitamin A Creams or Antioxidant serums,
followed by a moisturizer. You will notice a
difference, I Promise.

Body Use
This Device contains 3 of the
.2mm Dermarollers and is designed for body use twice a week
over stretch marks or over areas of stubborn fat
accumulation. We are trying to determine what products
to use with this product which might be helpful for more
rapid and efficient resolution or dissolving of
localized fat accumulation as in Cellulite. Stay

The Medical Dermarollers have either .5mm,
1.0mm or 1.5mm needles. It is unlikely that we will be
using the 1.5mm except when working on very deep wrinkling.
Most clients will need only the 1.0mm treatments. For
anesthesia, we will use our Triple Anesthetic Cream with the
.2mm Home Dermaroller and then put some extra Triple
Anesthetic Cream on the skin for about 30min. We will
then wipe off the Anesthetic Cream, Sterilize the skin with
Betadine, Wipe the Betadine off and do the Collagen
Induction Therapy Treatment with the 1.0mm Dermaroller.
After the procedure we will place a Neocutis
Fetal Growth Factor Serum on the skin, followed by the
Neocutis Biogel Moisturizing Gel and some of their Journee
Sun Protection. Home care will be use of the Neocutis
Biorestorative Cream, Biogel and Journee.
The Dermastamp, a small device with 7 1.75mm
needles is used for isolated traumatic or acne scars.
