Outside Star is Louceyette New! Louceyette came to us at the suggestion of her Tennis Partner and long time
Inside Outside Client Lora Watts! She is a retired North East
Independent School District middle school reading and media literacy
teacher. Louceyette is married to an attorney and has 3 grown sons and
a daughter and 4 grandchildren. In addition to tennis, she enjoys spending
time with family and going to their ranch. She has made some favorable gains in muscle and strength and has
learned how to live"The Inside Outside Way
of Life!"
In Louceyett's Own Words!
"Being recognized as a “Star” at Inside Outside
is exciting and experiencing the benefits of
specific 30 minute workouts once or twice a week is
rewarding. Exercise has always been a part of my
adult life. I belonged to various gyms, attended
aerobics, dance, and yoga classes, hired personal
trainers, had running buddies, and even had a
Pilates reformer in my home and a personal
instructor who came twice a week. When I asked a
tennis partner her secret to fitness, I learned of
Inside Outside. She is also a grandmother, whose
about my age, but looks much more toned and has
great posture. She shared for six years she has been
following Dr. Christian’s program. I made my
appointment and found the answer to staying fit. The
initial visit was an education on the human body,
nutrition and the basis of Inside Outside. I had a
DXA Body Composition Scan and was given goals to
work toward. I left with a notebook of all the
information covered and an understanding of the
actions needed to reach my goals. A challenging
fitness program was specifically designed and
individualized for me. Routine body scans measure my
results. Personally, I recognize the positive
changes in the way my clothes fit and strength when
hitting tennis balls. As a retired middle school
teacher, I appreciate Dr. Christian’s enthusiastic
approach to teaching his researched foundation and
methods to loose fat and gain muscle and strength.
The highly trained staff is encouraging as they
assist one-on-one at every visit and contribute to
the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I look
forward to continued progress and a healthier life
as I exercise and follow the principles of Inside
Outside" Louceyette
